How to enrol/Enrolment Procedure



How to apply to LTC College


You can enrol for a course the following ways

  • Visit us personally: You can fill up an application form, pay the required fees and book a place for yourself. You may be required to appear for a placement test.
  • Online registration: You can complete the online registration form along with your credit card details and submit the form online. You will receive the confirmation once the payment has gone through.
  • Fax or Post the Application form: Print out our online application form (Click the print the form on Enrolment page of our web site) & fill it up and either post it to us or fax us together with the fees payable on the following address.

Before you apply to join LTC you must first of all check that you meet the academic entry criteria for your chosen course - if you are unsure contact the college for clarification.

To enrol on a course you need to send us completed and signed application form. You can email, fax or mail us your information. Fees must be paid in full by bank transfer, draft or credit card. The fee table is displayed on the course information booklet, kindly make payments accordingly.

You will receive a confirmation letter and a certificate of enrolment once your payment has successfully reached our account.

Stage 1 - Application

To apply complete the LTC College application form and send it by post, fax or e-mail to:

Application Procedure
interested applicant’s needs to go through the college brochure

Make sure that your application form is properly filled up, and all of your personal details are correctly filled, you need to submit such documents to getting enrol in LTC as below:

  • 2 recent passport size photographs
  • An attested copy of your passport OR Identity card
  • Attested copies of all relevant qualifications
  • Proof of work experience (if applicable)
  • The registration fee - see payment methods

Please note that an incorrect or invalid application will result in the process being delayed therefore read and complete the application form VERY CAREFULLY.

Stage 2 - Acceptance in Principle / Unconditional offer

Once we receive your valid application and payment of the registration fee you will be sent a letter confirming your 'Acceptance in Principle' for the course applied for.

Stage 3 - Payment of course fees

Before your place at the college is confirmed you must pay the course fees and any other fees due to the college -

Stage 4 – Course Offer/Enrolment letters

Upon receipt of the fees the college will issue you with the following letters:

  • Conditional Offer letter - a Conditional Offer requires you to fulfil the academic entry criteria before acceptance onto the course.
  • Confirmation of Enrolment letter *
  • Receipt/Invoice for fees paid
  • Course Description

* Students requiring a visa should apply for the visa after receiving this letter. See Visa Applications

Stage 5 - Arrival at LTC College

Please bring along the following as soon as possible and at least 2 working days before the course starts:

  • Confirmation of Enrolment letter / Offer letter
  • Two passport sized photograph
  • Your original passport
  • Proof of your current UK address
